Hello my name is Jessica Diaz. I have been in culinary arts since 9th grade. I hope one day I can follow in my dads foot steps and be a great chef. Pastries is really not my thing but, I sure love to eat them.
What drives my passion for cooking is the creativity you can do in the dish. You can cover up you mistakes or say that thats how you want it to look like. I want to own my own five star restruant or just learn hoe to cook for myself.
